Human Resources Intern

We are looking for HR intern for our corporate HR team
Responsibilities -
1. Sourcing relevant profiles as per open positions with a focus on quality using job portals/networking
2. Screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and working on position closure within targets
3. Conducting HR interviews to ascertain the competencies, skills, and aspirations (based on competency, position, compensation, & other aspects)
4. Working on the documentation during the pre-hiring stage until onboarding
Location - Mumbai (Work from office)
Should carry their own laptop to the office
