• Knowledge of working in fitness / Gyms will be an added advantage
• Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current members along with other income (Online leads, Corporate sales, PT training, Nutrition Program)
• Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing, and Promotion knowledge for the fitness membership sales
• Responsible to maintain FC planner using established sales systems
• Responsible for Referral Program, Up-selling, and cross-selling
• Responsible to enter all details of customers, and customer inquiries (online & social media)
• Responsible for making courtesy calls to all new members and thereafter maintaining relationships and ensuring the members are regularly availing of services
