Preparing JD's, searching, interviewing, shortlisting and onboarding employees for the organization. Streamlining the HR processes and building the team across all our showrooms. The consultant will report and work directly with the Partner of the firm
Ideal candidate has experience in the luxury retail segment for Human Resource Management. Should have knowledge of Labour Laws, ESIC/ PF and other policies. Should have great communication skills ( both written and verbal) and should be fluent in English and Hindi.
