ABOUT UNILEVER:
We are looking to hire a Senior R&D Executive, CTI Capability in our Home Care South Asia business based in Mumbai:
SCOPE
• Position based in Mumbai R&D center for Home Care South Asia Cluster Design Center (CDC)
• Scope of this position is home care R&D division, responsible for development and implementation of projects for South Asia business that includes India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Product development
• New method development
• Good understanding of home care products/formulations
• Design of Experiment, Data analysis and reporting, Report writing
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist to build the product performance evaluation capabilities involves new method development for formulation screening, claim substantiation and demos.
• Assist to build the product appraisal/evaluation capabilities like automation of appraisal protocol, instrument development, validation of the new protocol to ensure repeatability and reproducibility.
• Planning, designing, executing, and reporting back the experiment for screening new formulations/technologies to input for product improvement projects.
• Data analysis, reporting and report writing to document and debrief the experiment with project teak, stakeholders
• Co-ordinating with 3P, Vendors, Project team to drive capability projects.
KEY INTERFACES
• Technical Product Leader, Fellow design/deploy technologist, 3P.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
• Graduate, postgraduate in the field of engineering preferably mechanical, chemical
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Around 3-5 years of experience working in R&D, Product development.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
• Reporting to Sr. R&D Manager
• Skip reporting to R&D Director
• No direct subordinates
