Plan and execute a project encompassing deployment/delivery of hardware and software. Generate innovative solutions to bring in efficiency in execution. Establish real-time/near real-time monitoring systems. Carryout risk assessment at every stage and suggest mitigation or prevention measures. On-Ground Execution: Lead and oversee on-ground operational activities, ensuring the effective implementation of strategies and projects. Strategic Leadership: Provide senior managerial direction and contribute to the development and execution of operational strategies. Experience Requirement: Possess 8-12 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in mechanical engineering and operations management. Educational Background: Mechanical engineering degree is preferred, with an optional MBA, though not mandatory. Field Work: Be willing to work hands-on in the field, engaging directly with operational tasks and challenges. Stakeholder Management: Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure operational success. Negotiation: Use negotiation skills to facilitate agreements, partnerships, and deal-making, advancing the organization's objectives. Logistics: Oversee logistics and supply chain functions to optimize operational efficiency.
