Branch Operations Manager

Branch operations managers are responsible for assigning and directing all work conducted in the branch and overseeing all areas of service. They handle the employees, cultivate a supportive atmosphere, and ensure customer loyalty and proper branch service.

Responsibilities
• Providing effective customer service and Handle Investor Relation for all the branches in the region
• Responsible for smooth processing of day-to-day Branch operations
• Report complex operational issues to Lead – Branch Coordinator / Branch Head for resolution
• Providing correct solution
• Providing training and guidance to Branch Operations team.
• Responsible for CRM & MIS pertaining to R&T Operations within specified Area·
• Responsible for branch operations activities at all the branches in the region
• Co-ordination with Investors / Distributors / Sales Team in the region for excellent Investor servicing.
• Co-ordination with R&T operations for smooth processing of transactions in the region.
• Customer Service via CRM.
• KYC POS Operations (wherever applicable)
• Branch Operations Executives Development (Trainings on Operations)
• Error free processing of transactions at branches (AMC )

Qualifications

Job Type : Full Time

Role : Experienced

Min Salary : Rs. 8 Lakh Per Annum

Max Salary : Rs. 12 Lakh Per Annum

Experience : 5 to 12 Yrs

Locality : Delhi NCR, Delhi, India

Eligibility : Graduation
