Senior Group Lead

For our E-Commerce Vertical, we are on-boarding Senior Group Leader to our existing team who adds more value. Selected candidates day to day responsibilities are managing all intraday processes in support of operations to achieve the business objective of service level, maximizing efficiency and occupancy.

Location: Mumbai [Work from Office]

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Compensation: Market competitive aligned to qualification

Required Skillset:

SOFT :-

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills (no compromise)

Attention to Detail

Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.

Good analytical skills

Flexible

Smart and out of the box thinker

Problem Solving

Managerial:-

Should have sound experience in ecommerce domain related Team Handling

Should have handled a team of 10 (at least) for a year (min)

Should be able to work as a team and take ownership of his/her and team activities

Should have good MIS Skills

Job Description:

MS Office (Excel should be must

Internet Savvy Must be aware of the ecommerce domain

Sound awareness of online retail and product taxonomy along with attribution is a must

Should have studied Ecommerce

Cataloging/Item Setup
