The Organizational Excellence Team

ORX, (or the X-team) is responsible for people, processes, and projects at Harappa. Its mission is to continuously improve HX - the Harappa Experience - of internal & external stakeholders. The X-team is the home of OD enthusiasts, trainers, facilitators, process junkies, and project managers. It is one of the smallest, but most cross-functional teams at Harappa.

Role
• Implement, build and drive people initiatives, policies, processes and people programs not limited to: talent & performance management, employee engagement & experiences, onboarding, wellness, company culture, diversity inclusion and develop measures to ensure impact by tracking performance & success metrics.
• Optimize our people systems to keep them up-to-date and easy to use
• Leverage people data to participate in the development and execution of our people roadmap to create meaningful impact in the employee’s journey
• Generate insights from employee engagement surveys to drive organizational effectiveness
• Actively contribute to the implementation of learning and development initiatives
• Design and drive reward and recognition programs
• Initiate, nurture and leverage strong relationships with employees to understand their short and long term needs
• Partner closely with team heads to retain, develop and empower their teams!
• Keep abreast of best talent management practices and oversee their adoption
• Manage local vendor relationships and service level agreements in support of talent management programs

Requirement
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a generalist or HR role
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A bias towards ownership and accountability for problem solving during the time of need
• Comfortable with ambiguity
