We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced AR Caller with expertise in Payment Posting to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

· Efficiently handle Payment Posting tasks in the Medical Billing/US Healthcare domain.

· Solid understanding and application of Cash Charge, Demo, Charge Posting, Cash Posting, Claims, Patient Billing, and Physician Billing processes.

· Conduct AR calling activities to ensure timely and accurate resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.

· Work collaboratively with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to payment transactions.

· Stay updated on industry changes, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize payment processes.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of payment transactions and associated documentation.

· Resolve payment-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and external parties.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

· 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Payment Posting within the US Healthcare domain.

· In-depth knowledge of Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and associated processes.

· Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for Payment Posting and related tasks.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
