Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing comprehensive SEO strategies. The Senior SEO Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and enhancing the overall visibility of our clients across various search engines.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Implementation:

Develop and execute advanced, data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to enhance website performance.

E-commerce Transaction Tracking:

Possess in-depth knowledge of ecommerce transaction tracking, including custom variables, to optimize website conversions.

Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation and tracking of ecommerce-related SEO metrics.

Backlinks and Ranking Profile:

Build and manage a strong portfolio of high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.

Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, making proactive adjustments to maintain and improve rankings.

Technical SEO Expertise:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of FTP and server-side configurations.

Identify and address technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, sitemaps, and canonicalization.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align SEO strategies with broader business goals.

Project Management:

Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Prioritize tasks based on business objectives and continuously optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting.

Proven success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies.

Strong understanding of ecommerce transaction tracking and related SEO metrics.

Expertise in building and managing high-quality backlinks.

In-depth knowledge of FTP, server-side configurations, and technical SEO best practices.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.

Familiarity with the latest trends and updates in SEO and search engine algorithms.
