• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in Oracle database administration.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages.
• Experience with database security, backup, and recovery best practices.
• Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager and other database management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well as a key individual.
• Oracle Database Administrator (OCP) certification is preferred.
