Offline Client Servicing Manager

Conducting regular meetings as well as telephonic conversations for presenting the company and its services.
Working closely on settling the client with the organisation.
Understanding client's requirements and taking the brief on a day to day basis.
Establish project plans using the company’s defined workflow and best practices.
Providing suitable solutions and attaining the sensible deadlines.
Actively taking up Purchase orders and requirement fulfilment with respect to the deadline completion.
Developing all rounder offline marketing strategy for brands including Print Media, Publications, TV & Radio Advertisements etc.
Providing the received brief to the team of writers and designers.
Maintaining a smooth flow of communication in operations between the clients, team and the management.
Responsible to deliver the projects in time.
Ensuring monthly reviews with the clients through PPTs, Reports or whichever approved means of communication.
Conduct Review Discussions - Amount of work done/in progress, highlights of activities, blockages and issues and more.
Pitching for new business, retention, renewals and references from clients. (Upselling).
Coordinating with clients as well as in house A/Cs department to get the invoices and billings timely done.
Analysing the status, quality and quantity of efforts, resources and creatives before sending it to the client.
Being the point of contact for the team in case of clearances, support and brief.
