 Good in communication

 Customer service and retention skills

 Interpersonal skills and should have patience

 Candidates should know English & Hindi languages

 Knowledge in E-commerce marketplace process is preferred

Location- Vijaynagar, Indore

Salary- Rs.11000-Rs.15000/- PM In hand

Experience- 0.6-3 Years

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Immediate joiners are preferable

 Ready to work from office

 Graduates or undergraduates are eligible.

 One must have excellent communication skills,

 Average computer skills,

 The ability to solve the customer's queries also working with retention ability.

 For this they are also required to have good listening skills and having a neutral accent

will only help.

 outbound call process candidate with marketplace Like (Amazon,Flipkart or Meesho) knowledge preferred
