Also, Areness is foraying into rechristening as a full-fledged consulting.Key Responsibilities:Talent acquisitionManagement of Life cycle of an employee from Onboarding till Exit FormalitiesEstablishment, improvisation and enhancement of Employee policiesPerformance reviewPerformance Enhancement campaigns and activitiesTeam building activitiesPay roll ManagementCoordination with third party vendors for Personnel activitiesDevelop strategies for internal team building as well as outsourcingCoordination with different internal teams to understand requirementsAssist in organisation buildingBuild and manage Human Resources DepartmentEducation and Work Experience:Masters in Human Resources or related field or an equivalent Post Graduate Diploma. (Only candidates who have attended regular courses can apply.)PQE: 7-10 yearsExperience as an in-house shall be preferredPreferred Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365Proficiency in HR Apps and ToolsProficiency in Labour Law CompliancesExcellent command over LanguageExcellent inter-personal skillsZeal to learn and grow Additional Information:Immediate joiners shall be preferred.Candidate shall be required to report physically at Punjabi Bagh, West Delhi
