Job Description:
• Recruitment Requirement Gathering and Planning.
• Recruitment Execution on all possible organic sources.
• Head Hunting sources.
• Employee Onboarding and Inductions.
• Employees Engagement.
• Performance Appraisal and Monitoring.
• Coordination of Communication from top to bottom and vice versa.
• Handling Companies' Social Media Channel.
• All Documentation Handling including Salary Slips, Appraisals, Performance Evaluations, Onboarding Documentations, etc.
• Corporate Communications with Different Events Organizers.
• Setting Quarterly Policies and Plans for Employees Activities and Benefits.
Requirement:
• 2-3 Years Of Experience in HR Management.
• Ability to handle Grievances.
• Creative Thinker to Plan Employees engagement.
• Highly Socially Active on Linkedin, Instagram, FacebooK
