Today, most of us lead boring lives. You wake up dreading the new day. You’ll eat breakfast while staring at a Youtube video, and then, leave for studies/work. The rest of the day, you’ll endure stressful assignments, boring chats with so-called “friends”, and infinite Instagram scrolling, only to get home and find comfort in Netflix. You go through the same shit every day, and slowly, your life becomes a blur.

We think there is a way out of this mess- having interesting friends. Friends who love the same things as you do. Friends, you can hang out and have endless conversations with. Friends who bring fun, adventure, and happiness to an otherwise dull life.

We are a tech startup. Our app “alyke” aims to help you find friends, near you, who share your interests. We want to make everybody’s life a little more exciting by helping them to find awesome friends.

ABOUT THE JOB

Role Definition
• Hiring and managing a team of around 20 employees (tech, marketing creative, etc.)
• Managing & optimizing employee motivation and performance
• Forming and maintaining external business relationships (networking)

Requirements
• Qualification: MBA(HR)
• Experience: At least 5 years (preferably in Tech Startup Industry)
• Have knowledge and hands-on experience in human psychology (Management and Motivation)
• Additional skills: Proficiency in English and effective communication
• Location: Noida/Delhi/Ghaziabad (or willing to move)
