• Motivating and supporting current staff.
• Maintaining staff records.
• Handling employee benefits.
• Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
• Designing and directing training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA in HR with 5+Yrs of experience in different Industry in HR Domain

Work Experience in Healthcare industry is an advantage

Must have managed minimum 300+ Staffs

Multi lingual proficiency
