Human Resources Generalist

NovoStack is looking for a mid-senior level HR Generalist to join our growing team and help in activities related to human resources.
Job Profile
• Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and arranging interviews for candidates from various portals, internet databases, referrals, and other possible sources
• Posting job vacancies on various portals and managing the posting
• Level 1 interaction with candidates and pushing to next round if found suitable
• Follow up on candidates regarding their application, next steps, and future processes
• Effective execution of HR policies
• Employee life-cycle management
• Addressing issues related to compensation, employee benefits to make sure employee satisfaction is the prime priority
• Promote employee involvement
• Maintenance and saving of up-to-date and accurate personal employee data
• Designing and implementation of employee engagement activities
• Attendance & Salary management
• Management of PF, ESI and other benefits offered by the company
• Other admins tasks
Requirements
• Impeccable written and spoken English
• Ability to write good quality emails
• Positive and lively attitude
Immediate joiners are preferred
