Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Complete Recruitment process management
2. Maintain Internal Employee Database
3. HR Operational activities
4. Employee engagement
5. Assist in training.
6. Handle day-to-day HR activities
Requirements
· Immediate Joining
· Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
· MBA in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
