Human Resource Executive

We are seeking an HR Executive to be a part of the team and handle the given responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
• Manage the employee data on the HRMS and other related domain
• Manage employees HRMS queries
• Manage employee performance management process
• Set up meetings with employees(team wises) to ensure you are able to understand their issues and provide proactive solutions.
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Manage HRIS & Manage employees issues/ tickets raised on HRMS or informal interactions
• Payroll inputs processing on a monthly basis
• Maintenance & upkeep of HRIS / employee database
• Plan & execute employee engagement activity
• Work as per plan on special projects
• Organize team engagement activities weekly and for occasions
