Human Resource Executive

  • Location: Maharashtra, Mumbai, India
· Employee Attendance tracking for payroll.

· Collation of late coming data for attendance.

· Access Card generation and dispatching to the employee/professional

· ID card Form collection, creation and dispatching to the employee/professional.

· Maintaining MIS for all access & ID card created.

· PF coordination.

Maintaining HR MIS:

1. Employee database

2. Attrition

3. Appraisal

4. Notice Period

5. Collation of data for Leave MIS

6. Coordination for Full & Final Settlement

7. Back up support for Senior Executive HR.

ATTRIBUTES:

· Excellent MIS skills

· Good communication/interpersonal skills

· High on Integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16,000.00 per month
