Requirement for Sr
Executive HR.

Conduct employee on boarding / pre joining formalities
2
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such
as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
3
HR MIS Reports
4
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper
form
5
Ensure compliance records management with labour
regulations
6
Good knowledge of employment/labour laws, PF, ESIC etc
7
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Excel, formulas, HRIS
systems (e.g
SAAR HR) will be a plus.
8
Sourcing/coordinating with candidates - recruitment processes
9
Very Good at advanced excel.

Aptitude in problem-solving

Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
4
Manufacturing company background will be added advantage
5
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and
regulations.
Also, hiring for HR freshers (only male candidates are required)1
