Job Responsibilities:
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Prepare, maintain and publish required reports and dashboards for management
Desired Skills:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills.
Experience :- Minimum 1 Year (Freshers Also Can Apply)
