Conducting Employee Engagement activities: Activities sessions, Employee Birthday bash etc. Analyze, review trends of the disciplinary issues such as absenteeism, non-productivity at work, late reporting etc. and initiate appropriate correction plans through counseling/ coaching as necessary and in turn increase employee productivity and business profitability.
Maintaining various MIS like HR Monthly Review, Hiring report, Walk-in report, Headcount report, New joinee database, exit database, Attrition report etc.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
Employee Grievances.
Employee Engagement
Exit formalities.
Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports to Accounting Department.
Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions. Attend to all employees...
