We are looking for an HR executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
HR Executive is the go- to person for all employees- related issues.
You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews,wage reviews and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR executive and knowledge of all legal requirements in this role.
Responsibilities
Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and other platforms) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Interview candidates (via phone,video and in-person) Screen incoming resumes and application forms Consistently recruiting excellent candidates.
Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Maintaining a smooth onboarding process. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties. Conducting performance and wages reviews. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Handling workplace investigation, disciplinary and termination procedures. Maintaining employees and workplace privacy.
