Executive - Human Resources

Specific Responsibilities :
• Able to objectively coach and provide guidance to employees on work-related issues, policy interpretation and creative conflict resolution
• Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
• Conduct HR round of interviews to assess behavioral aspect and determine right culture fit
• Handle complete onboarding, background verification, attendance management and exit processes
• Maintaining company directory, reports and organizational charts
• Handle employee confirmations and issue bonafide letters
• Ensuring local compliances like PF, Gratuity, ESI etc are adhered. Participation in internal and external audits.
• Conducting employee engagement activities and wellness programs
• Executing rewards and recognition program Qualifications: Master's degree in human resource management

• Resilient under pressure, able to demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and deliver results when confronted with unexpected work demands.
• Researches and recommends continual improvement to current processes, policies and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively with all levels of employees and ability to foster teamwork within and across the site
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to create and analyze reports
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, HRIS, Google)
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
