Job Description: Senior Manager - Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager-Digital Marketing to spearhead our firm's digital marketing initiatives. This pivotal role involves defining and executing a comprehensive digital and web strategy across various digital platforms, including websites, emails, paid media, social media, display, and programmatic advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting effective digital marketing strategies to drive demand-generation programs using digital channels. We aim to engage the market and pique customer interest in our products and solutions, thereby bolstering our reputation and supporting our ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and manage a digital marketing plan to achieve targets related to website traffic, inbound requests, and subscriber growth. • Content and Web Strategy: Formulate content and web strategies for demand generation programs. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with tech teams and various marketing and company departments to create a unified digital strategy. • Campaign Development: Create campaign briefs, design landing page structures, and devise content strategies based on campaign objectives and audience insights. • Email Marketing: Strategize and implement email marketing workflows and campaigns for lead generation. • Digital Campaigns Management: Plan and execute the digital campaigns calendar, including webinars, newsletters, and other critical digital marketing initiatives. • Social Media Management: Oversee social media through content creation, community management, and spokesperson image management to achieve engagement and brand awareness goals. • Paid Campaign Execution: Plan and execute paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. • Data Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, providing creative recommendations based on data insights. • Budget Management: Manage monthly spending and ensure a strong return on investment in all activities. Qualifications • Experience: Proven track record in managing various digital channels (social media, SEO/SEM, Programmatic, Display campaigns, email marketing, web analytics, etc.). • Background: Marketing/campaign/product/project management experience, preferably with an agency. • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Campaign Expertise: Excellent knowledge of the campaign briefing process and documentation management. • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM, reporting, and Email Marketing Tools. • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Stakeholder Engagement: Aptitude for engaging with multiple stakeholders and excelling in a dynamic environment
