• Job Description:
• Respond to customer queries. Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid and complete information.
• Creates the PO in our CRM and arrange in the invoicing and payment collection from the customers.
• Keep records of customerinteractions, and file documents.
• Job Requirement:
• Graduation
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Candidate Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
