Business Development Executive

We are looking for Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers, who can help us in penetrating the unlocked territories on the business development part.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Develop new relationships and expand existing relationships to drive Consulting Services Sales
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Hands-on experience with proposal/RFP creation for client proposals/presentations
• Reports on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
• Work closely with the technology team to assess market needs and development for individual accounts
• Mentor, train and guide team to enhance their sales skills and achieve their targets.
• Must have knowledge/Experience working in IT Bidding portals like Upwork/pph/freelance etc.
