The Role Responsibilities The role will require engagement with a broad constituency across the business units, dealing with teams in both development and testing who are at varying stages of technology maturity. Hands-on Functional %26amp; Automation knowledge. Lead and mentor a small teamof Test Analyst/Senior Test Analyst (offshore/onshore). Engage with existing testing and development teams across the bank. Engage with business/stakeholders to align strategic direction. Evaluate and test new technologies in line with bank strategy. Document and publish standards and procedures. Work with teams to ensure solutions meet security and compliance bank and industry standards. Deliver high quality engineering solutions for the bank business needs Provide consultancy and advisory services to the business, systems development and QA for test automation and orchestration. Identify and recommend new technology that will add value to the organization in terms of performance and cost Established technology engineer with 9 or more years working at an enterprise level Background in various disciplines is essential, such as software development life cycles, testing, implementation. The ability to articulate use cases, document requirements, and provide management summary information for proof of concepts and testing Is required Solid understanding of the role and value of software QA/Testing Broad interest in software languages and development practices Systems engineering experience encompassing networking, resources, architectures, design and business processes. Solid technical knowledge of Unix and Windows host operating systems. Experience with Compliance and Regulatory constraints required. Communicator with ability to lead and influence direction and strategy of technology organization. Self- starter, capable of working without direction and able to deliver technical projects from scratch. Sound problem analysis and resolution abilities.
