Roles and Responsibilities
Position: Assistant Manager- CASA CTC: Up to 3 LPA + Incentives Exp. 1-5 Yrs
in Field sales / Direct Sales / Client Acquisition / Business Development from BFSI industry Location: Surat, Baroda, Nadiad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi/ Ernakulam, Trivandrum, Anand, Vapi, Daman, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Navsari and across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, MP Education: Graduate/ PG
Job Role: 1
Acquisition of New Client (NTB) through external individual efforts for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank

Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates
3
Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention
4
Maintaining Avg
Quarterly Balance
5
Conducts regular promotional and customer events to generate leads
6
Cross selling of MF, Gold Loan, FD, Insurance and asset products.
Job Mandates: Must have own two-wheeler and all valid documents
Good communication skills
1-5 yrs
field sales exp
preferably from CASA Sales, demat account opening, POS Machine sales, Direct Sales Insurance, Business Loans, Home Loans etc
