ANDROID DEVELOPER

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

· 2-4 years of software development experience in Android

· Have published at least one original Android app

· Experience with Android SDK

· Should have knowledge of app data security and performance

· Experience working with remote data via REST, JSON, SOAP

· Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

· Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, latest architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

· Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Team player

· Good time-management skills

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Multi-threading and networking experience is bonus

· Experience and knowledge of mobile platform architecture limitations with the expertise to overcome those technical challenges.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

· Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

· Work with outside data sources and API's.

· Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

· Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

· Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

· Integrating REST services into mobile applications

· Code review / design best practices / guideline control

· Deliver bug-free mobile applications

Create User Interface from very high level concepts and iterate it to get a mature UI
Work with Web service technology and services

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
