Wordpress Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites and applications. Your expertise in WordPress development and proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies will be crucial in delivering high-quality websites that meet our client's requirements.

Salary: 2.5 to 3 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Website Development: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement website designs and functionalities.
• Theme and Plugin Development: Create custom WordPress themes and plugins based on client specifications or project requirements. Modify existing themes and plugins to add new features or enhance functionality.
• Front-End Development: Implement responsive and mobile-friendly designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for fast loading speeds.
• Back-End Development: Integrate WordPress with databases and external systems, implement custom functionalities using PHP, and develop custom WordPress plugins to extend website capabilities.
• Website Optimization: Optimize WordPress websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO). Implement caching techniques, image optimization, and code minification to improve website loading times.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Debug and resolve issues, bugs, and errors in WordPress websites. Conduct regular website maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and security measures.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of website projects. Communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations effectively.
• Research and Learning: Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously expand your knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies to enhance your development skills.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Proficient in PHP and MySQL for back-end development and database integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with website optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of web security principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
