VP - Senior Project Manager

The position is a project manager within Citi Private Bank Client Onboarding Group. This role will participate in the in the full project lifecycle of critical regulatory and compliance initiatives, collaborating with project stakeholders to build high quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle, but whose focus will be on business analysis, requirements gathering and defining optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Business Requirements
• Develop all documents in Waterfall SDLC like Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FRD, Project Plan, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned.
• Develop all documents in Agile like Scope Document, Iteration Feature List, Technology Regression Test Results
• Develop Program Governance Decks, Program/Project Charter, Program Milestones, RAID log
• Acting as a “translator” between the business, Change and Operation & Technology Teams
• Explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of functional requirements
• Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
• Working with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project
• Assisting with integration and acceptance testing
• Providing support during and post implementation
• Communicate with colleagues to understand the needs of departments
• Key Stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers
• Working with users, business analysts, and developers to understand user and system requirements
• Assisting the QA team in generating scenarios for effective and thorough testing
• Delivering material/presentations to Senior Management, internal and external clients
• Ensure System designs and solutions are as per Citi policies, and procedures and guidelines
