VP - Microsoft 365 Engineer

Enterprise Workplace Products (EWP) is responsible for engineering, developing, and supporting modern enterprise-wide solutions. We seek developers and engineers who are passionate about solving production problems through teamwork and innovation, while leveraging development and engineering best practices. In this role you will be part of an engineering team orchestrating a 300K+ mailbox hybrid Exchange platform. The role requires a messaging SME to focus on activities related to mergers & acquisitions as well as delivering automation for repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities
• Ability to articulate to more experienced management a technical strategy in clear, concise, understandable terms
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget
• Proven track record in the delivery of technology service, automation and platform strategy, advancing the business and technology products, roadmaps and disciplines
• Significant contribution to development and implementation of technology, strategy and policy to drive business value enabled by expert knowledge of enterprise technology architecture principles and software development practices and tools.
• Ability to leverage analytics, usage patterns and telemetry to understand, troubleshoot and resolve issues and build proactive measures to mitigate future issues

Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a software engineering discipline
• 12+ years' experience with enterprise level deployment of Microsoft Communication and Collaboration products in a hybrid environment
• Migration Experience for M365 products (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Exchange Online Hybrid)
• SharePoint Online / OneDrive Expertise
• eDiscovery, MCAS, Security & compliance center.
• Networking/Express Route Experience pertaining to SaaS.
• Skype/Teams integration
• Detailed knowledge of the M365 DLP controls landscape.
• Azure Information Protection
• Large Scale Migration Tooling/Automation/Process experience
