We are hiring for Tech Mahindra Graduate/Undergraduate candidates who are willing to join immediate in Voice Process for the position of Customer Support Executive. Preference: Looking for Immediate Joiner • Any domain experience can also apply. • Answer Customer queries Via call, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction. • Besides assisting the customer queries need to figure out the potential and close • Identify the Customer Escalation and act according to it. • Must communicate to the Customers Effectively over chat. • Must be good In terms of oral and verbal communication. • Must be an analytical and a logical thinker to solve customer queries and issues. • Candidate with excellent verbal communication is mandatory
