Shift Timings: 06:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Management can ask to work on saturdays if target is not completed.
Location: Vadodara
Holidays: US Holidays + 2 Floating Indian Holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Will be working on US client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for clients in the US which includes:
• Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites.
• Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine the experience and skill level.
• Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements on time.
• Any other tasks the Immediate Supervisor may assign.
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:-
• Excellent verbal & written English communication.
• Minimum Graduation (Any Stream )
• Strong phone handling skills & Active listener
• Ability to Multitask, Prioritize & Manage time effectively
• Minimum 6 months of experience in US Healthcare/IT Recruitment in permanent and/or contingent staffing.
• ATS Experience: CEIPAL/JobDiva/CATS
• Computer & Internet savvy
