Excellent sourcing skills.
Research and innovate on new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Must have experience in negotiating on different contract terms like Corp to Corp, W2 and 1099.
Technical Recruiter is required to source potential candidates from various databases, portals, job boards and social media platforms.
Technical Recruiter should be able to screen resumes, perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants and should be able to get the authentication done by getting the required documents from the candidate or vendor.
The technical recruiter should be able to negotiate pay rates and terms with US Citizen, Green Card Holder candidates and vendors for H1-B candidates.
The technical recruiter should be able to manage the full cycle of recruitment cycle, right from Job posting to on-boarding
