- Very good at communication, voice, and written skills in English (mandatory)

- Talked to US people on the phone as well as by email(added advantage)

- US Healthcare domain is the added advantage

- Basic computer skills

- Work from Home

- Night Shift PST time

- Mon - Fri work - 8 hrs shift
