US Accounting

Minimum 2-6 years in Finance and Accounts (F&A) business / organization / service line.
• Should have Strong acumen on General Ledger Accounting process knowledge end to end, w.r.t to P&L Close; Month-End Activities, Posting Journals, adjustments, Bank/ Cash Reconciliations, etc.
• Strong command over communication (written and verbal) to work with multiple functions across business, should have worked with international business / people Especially. USA / UK / AUS/ EU countries; ability to drive meetings etc.
• Team Player &Commitment towards role and responsibility; detailed oriented; willing to work night shifts.
• Should be open to night shifts and flexible with shift time extensions based on business and deliverable requirements as a part of role expectations.
• Should be reflexive in thought processes and able to suggest business for process improvements and better ways to improve efficiencies on deliverables
