The Training Manager, Housekeeping will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to the housekeeping department. The Training Manager will ensure that the housekeeping employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to maintain clean and organized rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other hotel areas. The Training Manager will also work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to develop programs that improve the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Education, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel operations, housekeeping, or training • Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a hospitality setting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with employees at all levels • Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire others • Flexibility and adaptability to change • Fluency in English and a second language is preferred
