Telesales Supervisor

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales supervisor for our sales team. The supervisor will be responsible for team sales targets as well as their individual target, The inside sales supervisor will need to maintain a healthy environment between the team members and motivate them to achieve the team target.
What You Will Do
Experienced in working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
Monitors or reviews calls on team members and gives them feedback to improve
Need to take calls starting 1-2 months fully to understand the process, after that 3 hrs per day, one needs to take incoming calls.
Need to be flexible at work
Ability to create and deliver conversations tailored to the audience's needs
Prepares monthly/daily reports summarizing the assigned team’s performance
Daily/Weekly & Monthly rostering plan and corresponding shrinkage
