FAE has to attend large amount of Inbound/Outbound calls. Following calling scripts you need to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, provide information & also make farmers interested to buy machinery.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Answer calls.
· Handle customer inquiries over calls.
· Manage & Resolve Customer Complaints.
· Provide customer with Product & Service Information.
· Enter new Customer Information into system.

· Discipline.
· Data entry skills.
· Typing and word processing skills.
· Documentation skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Problem solving skills.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:
• 22 Godam, Jaipur - 302006, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
• Calling: 1 year (Preferred)
• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• Hindi (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
