Tele Communication Executive

We are urgently Looking For a Telecommunication Executive, Preferably female candidate with good communication skills are preferable
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to maintain the work flow
Data entry in excel sheets
Handling the social media account also
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
