Job description
Coordinate customer leads to verify information & provide accurate reporting on leads
Understand Customer needs & identify the bottlenecks / issues faced by customer due to traditional working style.
Arrange demo with customer & share Software features those are useful for customers.
Customer follow-up as per their availability & do the order processing or submit quotation.
Build relationships with customers and seek references
Good English communication skill & Convincing power to turn-up the deal.
Ready to join on immediate basis
BPO candidate preferred
Spoken English must
