Qualification Required : - Any UG Graduation ( Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Electronic degree is a Plus ) or Bachelor's degree/MBA in any field
Skill Set Required :- People's Person, Time Oriented, Great Verbal & Written Communication Skills, Basic Math Skills, Basic Computer Literacy, Handle Customers Relations & Complaints, Crisis Management, Administrative Skills, Attention to Detail, Voice Inbound & Outbound Process, Email Inbound and Outbound Process and Chat Inbound Process
Years of Experience :- 0 – 3 Years
Specific Experience :- Experience of Sales / Sales Support Executive / Back Office / Sales coordinator is a plus
Accountability :- The Technical Sales Support is directly accountable to the Team Lead of Technical Sales Support.

Job Responsibilities
1. Provide Pre-sales technical assistance, services and products education.
2. Work on sales support services and provide technical and commercial back up as required.
3. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
4. Generate and process new sales leads, inquiries and purchase orders as necessary.
5. Answer Emails, Phone calls and chats from customers and deal with queries as they arise.
6. Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product or service.
7. Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary.
8. Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
9. Persuade customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
10. Provides hands on support of customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing, order tracking and detailed account management.
11. Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience.
12. Take the extra mile to engage the customer
