• Strong Support experience in Cloud Database applications
• ITIL and strong knowledge of Incident Management
• Knowledge of AWS,S3 bucket ,Snowflake
• Strong Data Analytical skills
• Experience in ticket handling through JIRA

Good to Have Skills:
• Experience in writing SQL queries
• Strong knowledge and concepts of Data Warehousing, Data Integration and ETL.
• Experience in tickets handling through JIRA
• Knowledge of creating dashboards in Tableau
• Certification in ITIL, AWS will be an added advantage
