Required Skills

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities
• Lead/Manage the developers
• Responsible and accountable for the most effective and appropriate utilization of the organization’s resources for the project
• Responsible for project planning and respecting schedules
• Provide realistic estimates and monitor progress regularly
• Lead audits of the quality of work of the developers
• Responsible for the quality of work of the developers
• Responsible for improving the quality of coding of the developers through seminars, courses, etc.
• Help in hiring new developers
• Help in regular reviews of developers
