Technical Manager - Software Development

We're seeking a talented Technical Manager to bridge tech and management, lead a team, and provide technical guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of developers, ensuring their work produces high-quality code and adheres to project timelines.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and offer technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Take charge of software design, development, and implementation processes to achieve optimal performance.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies into the company's software development practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Strong technical expertise and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile processes.
- Overall understanding of AWS technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of web-related technologies (JavaScript / HTML / Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with PHP-based CMS (WordPress) is a plus.
