Proper knowledge of networking.
Server administration.

Education:-
Graduation should be required & also hardware networking certification will get preferrence.

Technically a very sound person.
Communication should be good.

An enthusiastic and ambitious team player with an eye for detail and commitment.
Good organization, planning and teamwork skills.
